Stay up-to-date on new resources.

Parkinson's doesn't affect everyone the same way.

We know this to be especially true for those with Young Onset Parkinson's Disease (YOPD, also referred as Early Onset Parkinson's Disease, referring to those diagnosed under the age of 50). As someone with YOPD, you have unique needs, and we are actively working on providing you with unique solutions.

For local resources here in Dallas/Fort Worth...

We recognize that this is an underserved area and our vision includes being able to fill this gap. There are currently two YOPD-specific programs being held in Fort Worth - a support group and exercise class, both hosted by Big Heart Center for Parkinson's Wellness. For more information on these programs, please reach out to Dr. Alison Geymer: geymer22@gmail.com
